Kellenyi Johnson Wagner designed the Additions and Alterations to Neptune High School project in 2003. This project doubled the existing Neptune High School in size to a quarter million square feet, and updated the school to 21st Century standards.
Features of the building include: • Over 60 classrooms and small group instruction rooms • Dedicated science wing with 14 laboratories • Expanded, two story Library • Modernized competition Gymnasium • A new Auxiliary Gymnasium optimized for wrestling and gymnastics • Performing Arts Center featuring a 1,200 seat auditorium fully equipped stage with fly loft and support spaces • Television Studio
Kellenyi Johnson Wagner consulted extensively with school administration and faculty, and led a large team of specialty Design Consultants. KJW provided Construction Management through this phased four year project, coordinating trades, reviewing construction materials and systems, and managing the construction schedule.
